A vintage orange Chevrolet C10 pickup truck driving down a quiet two-lane road through Idyllwild, California. Visitor Center and Idyllwild Realty signs flank the road; pine trees and Tahquitz Peak rise behind. A vintage Mercedes 280SL convertible, top down, leaving a parking lot at dusk with a couple in the front seats. Spanish Colonial buildings with red tile roofs and palm trees behind. California plate "HB GB". Low desert sun setting between two stucco buildings, a silver Toyota parked in the gap, Joshua trees and a ridge of low mountains in the middle distance. A person's silhouette in the foreground. A National Park ranger station with a red tile roof at twilight, a tall Joshua tree silhouetted in front, a thin crescent moon above. The NPS arrowhead emblem is mounted above the door; a low desert ridge sits behind. A bare pine tree silhouetted on the right against a partly cloudy blue sky, ridges of mountains receding into haze on the left. Patchy snow on the far slopes. A view across a forested canyon from a high vantage point. A large bare granite outcropping in the foreground on the right, pine trees on the canyon walls, and layered mountain ridges fading into haze under a sky of scattered cumulus. A wide sky of thick cumulus over rolling chaparral hills. A bare granite peak sits in the middle distance, draped in a low cloud bank. The Coachella Valley at night, seen from a high mountain vantage. An orange grid of city lights spreads to the horizon, dark ridges in the foreground, a faint glow of stars above.
